Capability Framework for Spiritual Care Practitioners in Health Services
Date Posted: 08-Mar-2017
Many of you will be aware of the publication late in 2016 of our revised capabilities framework, Capability Framework for Spiritual Care Practitioners in Health Services. To download the framework click here
The framework is based on the National Common Health Capability Resource and the Victorian Allied Health: Credentialling, Competency and Capability Framework. The alignment with these two documents is particularly important given the recent recognition of spiritual care as an allied health profession in Victoria. We have been receiving positive feedback from a number of practitioners who have been using it in their work places.
A workshop proposal for the upcoming SCA Conference in May has been accepted and we look forward to discussing this document in more detail at the event. For more information contact Heather Tan at: firstname.lastname@example.org
