New SHV Resource for Documenting Spiritual Care

Date Posted: 08-Mar-2017

SHV has a new resource for spiritual care practitioners working in health services: Documenting Spiritual Care in Patient Medical Records. This replaces the Writing in Patient Notes written in 2009.

The new resource aligns with SHV Frameworks, SCA Standards, A National Code of Conduct for health care workers and the Standards of Practice for Professional Chaplains in the US.

You can access this resource from our website under Resources/Standards and Frameworks.  Click here to download the resource.
